07.07.09Toque Tambor, Rhythms of The World, Hitchin - 7th July 2009Toque Tambor are a mainly Samba band concentrating closely on the style of music played by the Samba Schools of Rio de Janeiro. They play every year at the Rhythms of The World (ROTW) Festival in Hitchin, UK and this year was no exception. Rhythms of The World (ROTW) has been voted by The Guardian and The Times as one of the best budget festivals in the UK.
